Every 1 hour, the reward pot (from Rider / Host treasury: Host sold for SOL; half of that SOL buys $LOCK for holders) opens and is auto-sent as $LOCK evenly across 60 minutes — payout activity every minute. Eligibility: holders with > 100,000 LOCK, excluding trading-pool addresses, with hold > 6 hours, then Top 1000 by balance. Pot must reach ≥ 50,000 LOCK or it rolls. No claim. The other half of treasury SOL buys and burns $LOCK.
