Lockon product rules

Full economic model and Host / Rider rules.

One-line model

Riders launch on a Meteora DBC bonding curve quoted in their Host, then graduate to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool (LP permanently locked) when the curve completes (~$73k market cap). Deployer picks a 1% (default), 2%, or 3% tier on buy and sell (charged as 1.25% / 2.5% / 3.75% gross, paid in Host; 2-minute anti-sniper window at launch). Fee split depends on Internal vs External Host quote (see Fees). $LOCK share floors: internal 20% · external 55% — held in the $LOCK treasury until $LOCK launches, then buy & burn.

Early Host growth: a Rider with pool liquidity above 20 SOL-equivalent (full pool TVL in SOL terms) qualifies to become a Host — no sustained 48h / 72h hold. Auto-upgrade / eligibility is the main path; a light confirm verifies mint and pool once eligible.

Become a Host ≠ Launch Rider. Hosts are quote / burn surfaces. $LOCK is the protocol flywheel coin — not a Host.

Roles

RoleWhat it isNotes
Host Quote coin Riders trade against Pool depth above 20 SOL-equivalent qualifies (early: no 48h/72h hold) · light confirm once eligible · 0.05 SOL fee → treasury · a good Host backs its Riders & helps grow their communities · liq drop → Host downgraded (no new Riders; LPEPE exempt)
Rider Token created on Lockon, attached to a Host Priced against Host token; fees paid in Host; above 20 SOL-equivalent depth → eligible to become Host (early); a good Host backs the Rider
Buy & burn $LOCK Floor: internal 20% · external 55% — deployer may tune but cannot go below That share of each fee is held in the $LOCK treasury until $LOCK launches, then used to buy and burn $LOCK. External quotes route more to $LOCK.
$LOCK Lockon platform coin Not a Host. Lockon Token — separate from Rider / Host markets
Deployer Rider creator Claims Host-token fee share on Rider / Host markets only

Host ≠ $LOCK. Any registered Host is a quote / burn target. $LOCK is the Lockon Token and does not use the Rider fee split.

Stack layers & dual-role

Hosts sit under Riders that quote them. A Rider with pool liquidity above 20 SOL-equivalent may become a Host and host the next layer. Each token can host up to two layers of Riders. The same token can be both Host and Rider (dual-role).

  1. Layer 0 — base Host (e.g. LPEPE), pool depth above 20 SOL-equivalent.
  2. Layer 1 — Riders quoted vs that Host.
  3. Layer 2 — a Layer-1 Rider that clears above 20 SOL-equivalent becomes a Host; new Riders quote it (second Rider layer).
  • Two layers of Riders max per token; dual-role OK on token detail (show Hosted Riders + Hosted by).
  • Badge wording for eligible Riders: Upgradeable to Host.
  • Eligibility / auto-upgrade and Launch remain different paths; Become a Host is a light verification step, not a separate liquidity gate.

Rider → Host (early phase)

A Rider with pool liquidity above 20 SOL-equivalent (full pool TVL in SOL terms) qualifies to become a Host.

Early phase prioritizes growth: more Hosts are better than only LPEPE. There is no sustained 48-hour or 72-hour hold requirement to earn Host status.

  • Eligibility: pool liquidity above 20 SOL-equivalent (full pool TVL in SOL terms) on the Rider’s market.
  • Main path: auto-upgrade / eligibility when that depth clears — not a heavy manual Register gate above 20 SOL-equivalent.
  • Light confirm: if you use Become a Host, it verifies mint and pool once you are already eligible — it is not a second hard liquidity bar.
  • Not required early: long sustained liquidity holds (no 48h / 72h Host warm-up hold).

Good Host support

A good Host backs its Riders and helps grow their communities.

When a token is a Rider of a Host, a good Host backs that Rider and helps grow its community. Aspirational product framing — not a legal duty or obligation.

  • Rider: locking onto a Host means joining a Host community that can help the Rider grow.
  • Host: a good Host backs its Riders and helps grow their communities.
  • Does not replace trade-fee economics or Become a Host / Launch Rider rules — it sits alongside them as product framing.

Become a Host (light verification)

In the early phase, eligibility is the main path: pool liquidity above 20 SOL-equivalent qualifies a Rider (or an already-launched mint) to act as a Host. Become a Host verifies mint and pool once eligible (above 20 SOL-equivalent), then charges a 0.05 SOL fee to the protocol treasury (国库) before the Host joins the list. Wallet required. Does not write on-chain genesis (Authority-only). Rider trade fees remain separate.

RuleDetail
Fee 0.05 SOL registration fee paid to the protocol treasury (国库) DrMo4aw7vsWVAmdAcYLRxMxkEGwiDMvDbkdAnyND4TFp before the Host is accepted. Non-refundable. Network gas is separate.
Liquidity (early) Above 20 SOL-equivalent full-pool TVL qualifies (not native SOL in the pool). No sustained 48h / 72h hold. Growth first — more Hosts are better.
Mint Plain mint — no freeze authority, transfer fee, hooks, or permanent delegate.
Confirm step Light check that mint and pool match eligibility — verification once eligible, not a second liquidity bar or long warm-up hold.
Depth Two Rider layers max per token; dual-role OK.
Revenue From Rider trade fees, not Host confirmation.
Good Host support A good Host backs its Riders and helps grow their communities.
Sources Lockon Host/Rider pools and external pools (Raydium, Meteora DBC / DAMM v2, Orca Whirlpool) measured in SOL-equivalent TVL.

How SOL-equivalent is measured: Lockon pairs are Host/Rider (not SOL). Threshold uses full pool TVL quoted in SOL — preferred tvl_sol = liquidity_usd / sol_usd. Equivalent for a balanced AMM: tvl_sol = 2 × host_reserve × host_price_in_sol (or mark-to-market both sides). Qualify / stay listed when tvl_sol > 20. Missing price → cannot evaluate (no invented SOL price). Fallback Host remains Authority-configurable.

SOL 等值流动性怎么算:Lockon 池为 Host/Rider(不是 SOL 池)。门槛用整池 TVL 折合 SOL——优先 tvl_sol = liquidity_usd / sol_usd;均衡 AMM 等价式 tvl_sol = 2 × host_reserve × host_price_in_sol(或双侧按市值计价)。tvl_sol > 20 才达标。缺价格则无法判定(不编造 SOL 价)。Fallback Host 仍由 Authority 配置。

Become a Host

Liquidity drop → Host downgraded

If a Host’s deepest-pool liquidity falls below 20 SOL-equivalent on two checks in a row (checked every 30 min, ≥1h apart), the Host is Downgraded.

  • Downgraded Hosts can’t be picked for new Rider launches (shown greyed: “Below 20 SOL liquidity”).
  • Existing Riders are not moved: they keep trading and their fees keep flowing as before (the on-chain pairing can’t change).
  • Status restores automatically once liquidity is back above 20 SOL-equivalent. A failed price lookup never downgrades a Host.
  • The founding Host LPEPE is permanently exempt.
  • If a Host is downgraded, its burn share buys and burns $LPEPE instead.

Launch Rider rules

Create a new Rider on a Meteora DBC bonding curve vs your chosen Host quote (not SOL-required). Pick a supported Host as quote. This is different from Become a Host.

  • Create on Lockon — the Rider launches on a Meteora DBC pool priced in your Host. Fixed 1B supply with no mint authority and no freeze authority from the start (verifiable on-chain).
  • Quote Host: any registered Host. Host pairing is immutable after create.
  • Trading fee: 1% (default), 2%, or 3% tier, charged as 1.25% / 2.5% / 3.75% gross (Meteora keeps 20% of trading fees). Anti-sniper: for the first 2 minutes after launch the fee starts at 50% and decays to the tier over 120 seconds. Fee rate is immutable after create.
  • Priority buy (project): optional first buy into the new Host curve at create (SOL amount → Host quote). Fee rate and Host pairing stay immutable after create.
  • Graduate to Meteora DAMM v2 — when the curve completes (about $73k market cap, set from the Host’s USD price when its config is created), the pool auto-migrates to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool (same Host pair) with 100% of LP permanently locked. New Host configs may be re-tuned; existing pools keep their curve.
  • Trade right away — Riders are tradable from launch on Jupiter, GMGN and other Solana apps, and on the Rider’s Lockon token page. After graduation, trading continues on the DAMM v2 pool.
  • No “Launch with SOL / $LOCK” funding toggle — quote is the Host.
  • A good Host backs its Riders and helps grow their communities.
  • Later, a graduated Rider (on DAMM v2) with pool liquidity above 20 SOL-equivalent qualifies to become a Host (early: no 48h/72h hold; light confirm). Two Rider layers max; dual-role OK. Under-threshold Host → Downgraded (no new Riders; existing Riders keep trading; founding Host LPEPE exempt).

Token safety & authorities

Wallet-scanner greens (Binance Wallet token detect, GoPlus, RugCheck, etc.) are not automatic from fee-table rules. Launch design and Docs require the steps below. Rider mints are created by Meteora DBC with a fixed supply and no mint or freeze authority; the UI shows on-chain status where detectable and never fakes it.

  • No mint authority — DBC mints the fixed 1B supply at create and leaves no mint authority. Verifiable on-chain.
  • No freeze authority — DBC Rider mints are created without a freeze authority. Verifiable on-chain.
  • Fee rate — tiers 1% / 2% / 3% (default 1%), charged as 1.25% / 2.5% / 3.75% gross. During the 2-minute anti-sniper window at launch the fee starts at 50% and decays to the tier; anti-sniper fees are split the same way (Host, deployer, $LOCK).
  • LP permanently locked — on auto-migration to Meteora DAMM v2 (same Host pair), 100% of the LP is permanently locked.
  • No honeypot backdoors — platform rule: Rider mints must not include pause-trade, blacklist, or hidden tax admin controls.
  • Self-scan before marketing — run RugCheck, GoPlus, and Binance Wallet token detect on the live mint.
  • Immutable after create — that pool’s chosen fee rate (1/2/3%) and Quote/Host pairing cannot be edited afterward. Protocol default fee tables for new launches may still change via Authority.

See the checklist on Launch → How it works (shown again after a successful create).

Rider / Host trade fees → Host burn / deployer / $LOCK

These rules apply to Rider / Host markets only — not to $LOCK itself. Rider trades settle against the Host token. At launch, the deployer chooses a 1% (default), 2%, or 3% tier — buy fee = sell fee, paid in Host token and charged as 1.25% / 2.5% / 3.75% gross because Meteora keeps 20% of trading fees. Anti-sniper: the first 2 minutes after launch start at 50% and decay to the tier over 120 seconds; those fees are split the same way. Of each fee (after Meteora’s share), the split depends on whether the quote is an Internal or External Host:

Internal Host (Lockon-issued)

Internal Host — a token issued on Lockon (launched via Lockon Launch).

Share of that feeDestinationEffect
45% Host burn (direct) Burns Host supply — Host deflation
25% Rider deployer Claimable Host tokens for the Rider creator
10% Own-token buyback & burn Buys and burns the Rider’s own token
20% $LOCK share (floor) — held in the $LOCK treasury until launch, then buy & burn Buys and burns $LOCK

External Host (off-platform)

External Host — a token issued off Lockon (e.g. Pump.fun or other platforms), then used as quote / registered as Host.

Share of that feeDestinationEffect
30% Host burn (direct) Burns Host supply — Host deflation
10% Rider deployer Claimable Host tokens for the Rider creator
5% Own-token buyback & burn Buys and burns the Rider’s own token
55% $LOCK share (floor) — held in the $LOCK treasury until launch, then buy & burn Buys and burns $LOCK

On Rider / Host markets, the chosen tier applies per side — buy and sell each pay the same rate (1% tier = 1.25% gross). Of the $LOCK share (internal 20% / external 55%): until $LOCK launches it is held in the $LOCK treasury; after launch it is used to buy & burn $LOCK, and once holder rewards are live 50% → holders · 50% → buy & burn $LOCK. Deployer may tune later but cannot lower these floors. External quotes are allowed; internal pairing keeps more for Host burn and deployer.

Worked example (Internal Host, default 1% tier)

Per-side notional (one buy or one sell) = 1,000,000 Host units at the default 1% tier, charged as 1.25% gross. Meteora keeps 20% of the fee; the remaining 1% is split with the Internal default (45 / 25 / 10 / 20). A round-trip pays this on both sides. Not during the 2-minute anti-sniper window. This example is not the $LOCK market.

$LOCK holder rewards

Funded by the Rider / Host treasury reward half: treasury Host token (early: LPEPE) is sold for SOL; 50% of that SOL buys $LOCK for holders. Every 1 hour, the pot opens and Lockon automatically sends $LOCK evenly over that hour — payout activity every minute across 60 minutes. There is no manual claim. The other half of treasury SOL buys and burns $LOCK.

  • Cadence: pot / round opens every 1 hour
  • Stream: within that hour, rewards are sent evenly over time so there is payout activity every minute (auto-send $LOCK, not SOL)
  • Min pot: distribute only if pot ≥ 50,000 LOCK; otherwise roll into the next hour
  • Eligibility order:
    1. Start from holders with balance > 100,000 LOCK
    2. Drop trading pool / AMM / LP vault addresses (Raydium, Orca, Meteora, pump curve vaults, and other known pool/vault ATA owners) — never pay pools
    3. Drop wallets with continuous hold ≤ 6 hours
    4. Rank the remaining set by balance → take Top 1000 only
    5. Top 1000 cutoff: the LOCK balance of the #1000 eligible holder (minimum balance to be in the current Top 1000 after the filters above) — shown on the homepage as Top 1000 cutoff: XXX,XXX LOCK
  • Dust: payouts below a small floor roll into the next hour
  • Delivery: auto-send only (no claim CTA). Prefer sending only to wallets that already have a $LOCK ATA so the protocol does not pay rent to create accounts
  • Burns: Rider / Host treasury buyback burns of $LOCK are shown on the homepage $LOCK market block; tap for explorer txs
  • UI: homepage shows hourly cycle + per-minute stream; Latest payout list updates about every 1 second (keeps 3 rows, explorer links); burn totals on the $LOCK market block

Homepage may mention the Rider / Host reward share once; full fee math remains in the Rider / Host fee section above.

Lifecycle

  1. Host eligibility — pool liquidity above 20 SOL-equivalent · plain mint · early: no 48h/72h hold · light confirm once eligible
  2. Host ready — mint / pool verified; open for Rider launches
  3. Launch Rider on Lockon — bonding curve vs Host quote
  4. Graduate — curve completes (~$73k market cap) → auto-migrate to Meteora DAMM v2 + LP permanently locked
  5. Good Host support — backs its Riders and helps grow their communities
  6. Trade Rider — Meteora DBC curve, then DAMM v2 (same Host pair); on Jupiter, GMGN and other Solana apps from launch
  7. Rider / Host: choose a 1% / 2% / 3% tier (default 1%; charged as 1.25% / 2.5% / 3.75% gross) on buy and on sell in Host — Internal 45/25/10/20 · External 30/10/5/55 ($LOCK share floors)
  8. $LOCK share — internal 20% / external 55% of each Rider fee; held in the $LOCK treasury until $LOCK launches, then buy & burn
  9. Optional later: Rider above 20 SOL-equivalent → Host (two Rider layers max)
  10. If Host liq < 20 SOL-equivalent: Host downgraded — no new Riders; existing Riders keep trading (founding Host LPEPE exempt)
