Every 1 hour, the reward pot (from Rider / Host treasury: Host sold for SOL; half of that SOL after a gas reserve buys $LOCK for holders) opens and is auto-sent as $LOCK evenly across 60 minutes — payout activity every minute. Eligibility order: start from holders with > 100,000 LOCK → drop trading pool / AMM / LP vault addresses (Raydium, Orca, Meteora, pump curve, etc. — never pay pools) → drop wallets with hold ≤ 6 hours → then rank remaining by balance for Top 1000 only. Pot must reach ≥ 50,000 LOCK or it rolls; dust rolls too. No claim. The other half of treasury SOL buys and burns $LOCK. $LOCK market fees go 100% to treasury and do not use this split.
